The Total Track & Trace System is the complete solution to transform your WooCommerce order process into a transparent and efficient experience — for both your kitchen staff and your customers. Originally developed for the hospitality industry, this system now brings real-time order tracking, a kitchen display interface, driver tracking, and a built-in review & reward system to any WooCommerce store.

1. Real-Time Order Tracking (Track & Trace)

Live Status Updates

Adds four new, clear WooCommerce order statuses:

• Order Received (wc-received)

• Preparing Order (wc-preparing)

• Driver on the Way (wc-out-for-delivery)

• Ready for Pickup (wc-ready-for-pickup)

Customer Tracking Page

Customers receive a unique tracking link via email, allowing them to follow their order’s progress in real time on a dedicated tracking page — including a countdown timer for deliveries under 45 minutes.

GPS Driver Tracking

For delivery orders, the tracker shows the live GPS location of the driver on a map (requires the driver to use the Driver Dashboard page).

2. Kitchen Display System (KDS)

Clean, Modern Dashboard

A real-time kitchen screen displaying only active orders, organized into columns for optimal workflow (Received, Preparing, Ready).

One-Click Status Flow

Staff can update an order’s status through the chain with just one click (e.g., from “Received” → “Preparing”).

Performance Insights

Shows a summary of the day, including:

• number of pickups

• number of deliveries

• today’s total revenue

Active Visitors

Displays the number of customers currently following their order live.

3. Driver Dashboard

Delivery Route Overview

Drivers see a list of all orders ready for delivery, in order of priority.

Start/Stop GPS Tracking

Drivers can enable or disable GPS tracking with one button.
Their live location is:

• shown to customers in real time

• stored inside the WooCommerce order data

Automatic Completion

Orders can automatically be set to Completed when the driver comes within 200 meters of the delivery address (using geocoding).

4. Review & Reward System

Integrated Review Form

As soon as an order is marked “Completed”, a review form appears on the customer’s tracking page.

Custom Post Type for Reviews

Reviews are stored as a dedicated WordPress post type, including:

• rating for the overall process

• rating for pickup/delivery

Automatic Review Invitation Email

Customers automatically receive a follow-up email inviting them to leave a review.

Review Reward (Coupon System)

Optionally enable a reward system:

• customers receive an automatic coupon after submitting a review

• coupon value and validity are fully configurable

• coupon is sent directly by email
